Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us within 10 business days and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

To start the return process, send us an email at southavenueshop@gmail.com with your order number and which items you would like to return and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label which will be deducted from your refund amount. Buyers are responsible for shipping if they chose an exchange. 

All sale items are final sale.

Refunds:

Refunds will be offered in the same form of payment used when you checked out. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on the account. If refund is still delayed, we suggest reaching out to your bank. 

Exchanges:

If you requested an exchange, we will offer store merchandise credit in the amount of the item purchased. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us.
